HuronSong Chorus presents – An Evening in June
The HuronSong Chorus is a choir of amazing voices from all across Huron County, under the direction of Deborah Bailey. They make lovely music together while also supporting the work of ending violence against women by collecting a donation towards the work of our organization at the beginning of each concert.
Come to enjoy a fabulous evening of music in Seaforth and Goderich.

Wingham, June 22, 2016
The annual “Take a Swing Against Violence” nine hole Golf Tournament is held in Wingham each June. This is a fun tournament for women to participate in as a team of 4. This is a fundraising tournament that puts the emphasis on fun and supporting an end to violence against women and children in our community.
We also request that interested community members, businesses or individuals sponsor a hole for $100.00. We recognize all sponsors with a sign with their name on it on the course among other features. For details or to register a team see the brochure below.downloadable registration
Festival of Arts & Crafts
July 8, 9 and 10th, 2016
Friday 12-8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00-5:00 pm, Sunday 9:00–4:00 pm
The Festival of Arts and Craft is held on the square in beautiful downtown Goderich. The event hosts as many as 150 crafters and artisans with beautiful hand crafted items for sale. The festival draws thousand of shoppers to the lake-side town every year. You do not want to miss the opportunity to see and purchase unique, hand-crafted items. The festival is also the largest fund raiser for Huron Women’s Shelter.

Breakfast with Santa
December 2016 – Knox Presbyterian Church Goderich – 8am to 11:00am
Breakfast with Santa is an event organized by friends and family members of the late Sue Munnoch. Sue was a Shelter Board Member who had a vision of this community event. Annually Santa hears the wishes of children, a great breakfast is served and children and their families have an opportunity to create wonderful Christmas crafts and sing-a-long with carols as well as whispering your wishes into Santa’s ear.
