As an organization our primary funding sources are the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Huron County Property and Social Services, Southwest LHIN. We are also grateful to be a supported partner of the United Way Perth-Huron. In addition, we are very appreciative of the many community groups, service clubs, congregations, businesses and individuals who support the work of the organization through their fundraising efforts and donations. The work of ending violence against women could not be done without all of these contributions!
Donations to support the general operations of the organization are gratefully accepted at any time. Click the Donate Now button on any page of this website to donate online.
Donations can also be allocated to the funds below that support the unique needs of women and their children that fall outside of the funding sources above. Women receiving services from the organization are able to apply for these funds throughout the year.
The Alice Munro Fund supports the dignity and self worth of women and children by covering the financial cost of things that may be challenging for women in crisis to afford and cannot be covered by other sources.
The Roma Harris Fund provides for shelter and care of pets while women are escaping violence.
